I've never seen anyone outside of a production environment wearing a grounding strap.
Best I avoid the repair shops you frequent.
I'd also be concerned about the metal bangle in image 1.
Image 2 even has some design information and calculations on the whiteboard.
I agree with the wrist strap ... so these must all be PR shots.

Images 1 + 2 not credible: work surfaces need more clutter.
Images 1 + 2: where are the ground straps? Is that a ground strap around #1's left forearm?
Image 1 not credible: I see the close-up image, but not the camera.
Image 3 is credible, except for lack of coffee stains on work surface.
