I mistakenly 
hide a wire (checked "Air wire Hidden" box).
How to fix this:
Draw a polygon around the part with missing wire, then click on the polygon around the part.
Then name the polygon the name of the missing wire or net name, and with the polygon still selected, 
select "Properties" then you should see the "Air wire hidden" box checked, uncheck then wire should be visible on the layout.
