Videos No Longer Uploading to Blog

I no longer seem to be able to upload AVI videos to Blogs I am creating. Is anyone else having this problem? It starts but then after achieving somewhere between 3% and 9% uploaded, it just stops and doesn't proceed any further. I have tried turning my laptop off and on, as well as waiting for a day to pass, before trying again, but it is still doing it.

Anybody know why?

Thanks, this was very helpful, I'll have to try again. I did wonder where the best place to report this issue was as I have not really had any problems with the Element14 web site before - which is a testament to how good the website is.
