Hey Guys, Check out this odd looking cap I found on the PS2 rectifier board.
I guess just to make it flatter?
That makes sense. I've never seen one of these.
Not that weird , they are common in PSUs where the height is limited (just about everywhere). For example almost all LCD TVs would use these type of caps for the HV side of the PSU
Looks like a 'lytic that they shortened up.
It look's weird doesn't it?
