Hello everybody!
With great surprise I heard on the Ben Heck show that a new IDE was released for the TI MSP430 Launchpad called "Energia" allegedly named after the of the Soviet space program.
I am very happy with that since programming on TI's customized version of C soon got pretty frustrating; Now, with this new Energia IDE we can program on the MSP430 Launchpad as if we were writing for Arduino, thus if you're already familiar - you gain the opportunity to program on a dirt-cheap device, but if you're a complete novice - this blog is especially for you!
