Some years ago I saw some small wind-up robot figures in a shop and decided to buy some as they just looked good. Then, recently, Element14 produced the Blue Man Robot which are of similar construction and size. Ever since I have been wondering which was the best and as it is currently raining and there's nothing much else to do, the obvious way to find this out is … Robot Fight!
So on the left, weighing in at 20 grams and a height of 88 mm is the multi-coloured robot man and on the right hand side is the element14 Blue Man Robot, weighing in at 18 grams and a height of 81 mm. On paper it looks like the Multi-coloured Robot man is going to be the winner, but let's see what really happened.
The Blue Man Robot has the staying power and so can be declared the winner!
