I was one of luky winners to receive some very cool new toys from the folks at element14.
the project for which i intend to use STM32F4DISCOVERY Kits Expansion Board is a control unit for controlling lighting and heating in a given space.
The control unit will be placed on a desktop so that you can control lighting and heating from the desktop chair.
The control unit uses a GUI (graphical user interface) on the touchscreen to control the lighting and heating.
On the touchscreen there are two control mode that can be selected automatic control or manually control.
Here by picture of the kit only thing that you don't get IAR IDE evalution version or Kiel IDE on CD it would be easy to get started if you don't have to search and download IDE to get started.
I had no time to start now i wil first try to get the IDE and example running, I'll let you know how it goes !!
I wil only have time to work on this project in the weekend.
