Over the last couple of weeks my son and I started to print the parts we needed and ordered others we couldn't make. With the new mods to the machine the Marlin firmware will have to be updated and I thought I would start my post on explaining the Marlin settings relate to the different Ramps/equipment options. You would not know how many times I get asked what Ramps board do I select in the Marlin firmware. So I created some images the hopefully explain the 33, 34, 35 in Marlin. Note that just because you use 33 does not mean that you need a fan hooked up.

90% of the time 33 will be the option that is added to the Marlin firmware. I hope I cleared this up. If you are ever confused on the pin-out just look in the pins.h file for what is being turned on based on the board selection. Another thing to be said is that fans can be added to other locations on the board but just won't be able to be controlled through the command line. For example
