UPDATE: 29 Aug 2024: I fixed the bottom row,. Engineering: Also, there are 31 switches that can be handled by 2x i2C to 16 bits,
and then the 38 lamp circuits can be handled by 3 more i2C to 16 which leaves a few others to take care of the horn etc.
