Well, this has been a pain in the tush today. My friend Ed and I brought up the desk pedestals and then set the desk up. this went uneventfully.
But that was far from the case in getting the damn workbench pedestals, which were made by Diebold. After much cussing and sweating, they are now ensconced in the office/lab where they belong.
Since the tabletop is deeper than the door itself, I have to mount brackets on the rear of the pedestals them selves. So If I don't support the rear of the desktop it will end up on the floor. I have no idea where the old brackets are so I will have to pick up some new ones.
Even the laser printers are now working. I will still have to grab - haul the its stand and media cabinet.. The one on top is my HP 3330 which prints my B&W and its cheap to run It does not have a network connection but that was solved by a HP JetDirect EX Plus (Print Server). The other beast is a Brother MFC9970CDW which is my network color printer scanner.
