You might not need this publication, but if you mess around with connectors like I do this publication will be invaluable to you. Thankfully I had this when I lost a lot of my docs when my hard drive crapped out. Its number is TM 1-1520-238-T-10. The good stuff starts on page 11.

Are You sure that it can be distributed outside USA? I remember sometime ago a story about russian "video game designer" trying to buy (using American citizen as intermediate) manual for F-16 on ebay - that was legal to own in USA but forbidden to export, who was persecuted because of this..

link may be random - it was first link I have found about this story, but the story itself seems real - there are other articles about it (when one searches using suspect's name), a few with more details... But it seems that document to be protected should have export restrictions section included - so it may not be a case here. Maybe I have posted too fast, before checking details - sorry...

I don't post anything that is stamped SECRET unless if is also has the REDACTED stamp as well. FYI at a few federal customs auctions I have notified things that never should have been put in the auction.. Most of the time I have gotten a thank you note and the Item was removed from the sale. -CAH

sorry - probably should send direct message, but it is a bit complicated here (sending "friendship request", then direct message could be time consuming and failure prone). And in this story there was argument that documents were not "secret", they were legally sold in USA - simply anything on "Unites States Munitions List" could be considered restricted from export (like encryption algorithms in PGP era):

p.2, p.6 (Air Force Technical Orders [flight manuals] are defense articles designated in Category I(a) on the USML, which may not be exported from the U.S. without the license or authorization from State Department)

and if "flight manual" is "defense article", something called "TECHNICAL MANUAL [...] FOR ARMY MODEL AH-64A helicopter [...] WIRING DIAGRAMS" could be as well (especially if somebody decide to post quick warning before checking document's completeness)...
