SCR power controls

I am building a 15KW 3phase resistance heating assembly and I have determined that I need a 45 amp 3phase @240 volt SCR.

The SCR receives a 0-10VDC signal that wil ramp the heater output  up or down.

My problem is it's not available at this time nor before the project is to be finished.

I'm thinking that I could use a 45 amp 3 phase 480 volt SCR.

Is this a viable solution?

    This is going to sound bad and feel free to tell me off.

     

    But, if you are asking this question I wonder if you have any experience of building this sort of stuff - these are lethal voltages and significant amounts of power.

     

    If you are unsure of anything  (ie you are not an experienced builder of mains powered electrical stuff) then why not post schematics and pictures and I'm sure people here will do their best to help you get  a good result.
