Attempting to do a Quiz claims there are incorrect answers but doesn't highlight them

Although I'm documenting which recent quizzes (since the new site's been up) didn't award me points, there are at least two that showed all correct answers in that there were no answers marked in red and I logged all my answers to these two. Though no wrong answers, it still said Sorry, Try Again or something similar. They are: The MEMs Sensor Quiz and the FPGA  Technology Quiz, both of which I took within 1 to 3 days ago.  All I got credit for were the Likes. Yes, I would call that broken.

    Is it happening with any others or only these two? That's what I'm trying to determine.

    You're going to get points for likes because... likes are awarded with points Slight smile they're not hooked into whether or not you get the quiz points and achievement.

    The answer is no. I believe it's only happening with these two. 

    But I must add that the Achievements are very screwed-up in that there are several Achievements that are listed in BOTH the Kkazem's Achievements and the Available Achievements for the same ones (so, they're simultaneously available, but I've previously earned them?). I've posted about this previously, but don't recall getting any answer. 

    Additionally, there are many achievements listed in the Available Achievements for me that I've already achieved and earned points for that are not also listed in my (Kkazem's) Achievements. There may be a few additional achievements that I've earned and didn't get points for in addition to the two we've been discussing, but it's hard to determine this since there seems to be no accurate record of my achievements that has correct data. Is it possible to go back to the old system to get a list of which ones I've earned points for? I think the old system was accurate, but the new system is not. 

    One final thing about the Achievements sections that make it hard to use. The order in which they appear on the screen seems to change every time the page is refreshed. And when there's a set of achievements like: Power Skills I, Power Skills II, etc, these are not usually placed adjacent to each other. Instead, they're placed in entirely different places, making it hard to find, since the order presented keeps changing. 

    I hope this feedback helps your staff to get it fixed.

    On a related note, I must point out that there are many quizzes that don't show up in either the earned achievements nor the available achievements. For example, many of the Essentials Connectors series don't show up in either place. The only ones that do from that series are Connectors I & Connectors IV. Now, I just took the quiz for Connectors VII and before I took the quiz, it didn't show up, but it does now in Kkazem's Achievements, where it should.

    How are the members supposed to know what achievements are available if many don't show up in the list?

    Achievements are unfortunately not high on Verint's list of priorities. I raised an 'idea' with them to fix a whole bunch of things about achievements and, that was two months ago.

    Unfortunately these problems aren't going to be fixed quickly and it's logged as a known issue.

    Until then I'm seeing what I can do with what I have available, and escalating where I can for it to be worked on, at present one of the developers is working on the problem with the Quiz not telling you properly which questions you've got right/wrong.

    While you are at it :) - this could be an opportunity to let newcomers raise into the ranks faster.
    At this moment (not related to the upgrade - I think there was a point in the past where scoring points was easier) it's hard for active members to reach to the level of old members that haven't posted for years.

    I think that's worthy of a discussion in the Members area rather than here. Though there have been some changes to how points are earned, hint: it is easier.
