Hello everyone,

I figured it'd be a good idea to have this posted in Feedback and Support where a lot of our members come for assistance with both the Community and often our online stores.

I'd like to introduce everyone to  / and , members of our technical support staff from the online stores.

These are well qualified members of our store technical staff who are available to answer your technical queries, you'll see them around our groups, they may answer some questions here in Feedback and Support, but you'll also see them around the /technologies/ sub groups and Experts and Guidance group.

I will say like myself, I don't believe they'll be able to help with your online store orders or product listings, but if you have electrical engineering questions about test and measurement equipment, connectors, cable assemblies and electromechanical products, these two will be there to help out as they're qualified and certified to know what they're talking about (like a lot of our very valuable members!).
