Everything that is sent to moderation is seen by a person (me) and other moderators/admins of the site, but it's mostly me.
I release it when I'm working (and sometimes if it's check out of hours or checked by the American team, but not often), these hours are typically 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri UK time, and similar for USA Chicago hours (we don't work weekends, but sometimes I login because I know stuff gets caught in there and who wants to wait until Monday?).
You don't need to contact us to let us know that your content is in the moderation queue, we check it regularly and allow/deny content in it. I won't begrudge you if you do, or if you have contacted me about it, especially if it's to vent about the fact your hard work has entered a black hole unfairly.
Verint has a very strong moderation system.
IF you want content to go into the moderation queue, look at the 'more' option, or Action menu's, and select 'report as abusive', this also goes for user accounts.
If I see people abusing the 'report as abusive', because it does tell us who reported it, I will moderate your account (which means I then check everything you post on the site) and I consider it going against our code of conduct.
If you report abusive honestly, appropriately and honestly, it goes into the 'reputation' system in Verint, and your account will be seen as 'verified' to it, and your content will be less likely to go straight to moderation, you'll also be appreciated (and there's a 'spam buster' achievement to earn).
I'm working with the dev' team to improve aspects of the moderation system, and your patience with me and it helps it to improve so that good content can stay out of it.
Thank you for your patience and working with us on this.
