Broken navigation links in the DC to Daylight episodes pages

The 'DC to Daylight' navigation link in the DC to Daylight episode pages appears to be incorrect.

e.g. on this page:

 /challenges-projects/element14-presents/dc-to-daylight/w/documents/27964/dc-to-daylight-22-build-a-simple-radio-using-tank-circuits-and-diodes

clicking 'DC to Daylight'

appears to be sending users to .../project14/...

image

resulting in an error page, instead of .../element14-presents/...

image

and getting the episode index page.
