Can't login, can't change password, can't re-register

I can't login. My user name is kenbures, . Because the login does not work, I try to re-register and am told that my login name and email are already used. So that tells me that element14 knows about me. So that must mean my password is bad? I click on change password and am told that an email will be sent to me to change my password. But I never get any email. So your system is completely locking me out. How is that fixed?

    Since you have a long standing account with us you will have needed to reset your password before accessing the Community.

    It looks like you were able to do this and login yesterday as according to your account you've accepted the terms of service?
