Like weirdness

When clicking to up-vote a comment (at this page /members-area/f/forum/52702/config-timer1-on-pic24fj128ga202-for-1s/207675 ), I see the counter behave in a strange way. The video explains what I mean. In the video, I first did Ctrl-F5, and then clicked on the upvote button, and the downvote, several times, and the counter is a bit of a mess. I can't get it into positive numbers.

Chrome version (on Windows 11) is: Version 111.0.5563.147 (Official Build) (64-bit)
