Weird Access Denied issue

Hi,

I'm seeing a lot of these today (I did not see these yesterday):

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "/?tab=tab12139-Blog-0" on this server.

It's on Chrome on my PC. It doesn't seem to happen on Edge.

I think it is not DoS protection kicking in, because I can still access the site using Edge on the same PC.

Chrome version is up-to-date:

I don't know what causes it, sometimes when I browse to a page, and then click the browser back button, I see the Access Denied message occur.
The particular Access Denied message pasted above happened around 18:19 UK time today (28th April).

    Unfortunately that error code (which comes from Akamai) has expired. They only last for 48 hours before we can't get at them any more. 

    Are you still getting it?

    Looking into this further, I've ruled out it being Denial of Service protection - traffic from your IP has not been mitigated at all in the last 7 days.

    This isn't something you have done that has caused this. I'm not entirely sure what exactly has caused this as I'm struggling to track it down and find the call that issued this error.
