Does anyone else experience a strange scrolling behaviour on some pages when trying to 'like' user comments ?
On some pages whenever I mouse-over the 'like' text button, the page will randomly scroll up or down preventing you from clicking the button.
Sometimes it will oscillate up and down, so if you time it just right, you can click the button. (It's a bit like playing a 'whack a rat' game.)
Attached is a screen capture showing the sort of behaviour.
It mainly appears to affect the 'like' button below comments. As shown in the screen capture you can mouse over a user name and the page doesn't scroll.
The scrolling is usually faster than shown here in the screen capture (the screen recorder has slowed it down quite a bit).
The scrolling distance can also be greater than shown here, sometimes up to around ten lines or so but it usually oscillates when it is several lines.
