Posting Frequency

Just some minutes ago, I posted 2 test files - one in zip and one in txt. Then I deledted and uploaded dataset1.

Now I, tried to upload dataset2 but get

I am typing here, I cant do all work in txt and keep it for later posting.

    It looks like the site has decided that you are posting too much too frequently, I will admit that while we have been on this platform, this is not a regular occurrence for users to be captured by this.

    You may want to reconsider how often you're editing content on the site and how often you're posting to the site.

    Frankly the settings are rather forgiving, but if you're making 5 posts in the space of 2 minutes, for example, you're going to be hit by this message.
