I can’t download the eBook. I can’t create an account and if I request a password reset in case I already have an account then I never receive the reset email. You send me email all the time so there is a relationship somewhere.

    There are problems with downloading an ebook if you have JavaScript disabled, we are looking at improving the messaging around this to make it clearer. If you're in doubt whether you have JavaScript disabled or not, try logging in when using a private browsing window or incognito window. You can also try downloading the ebook from  eBooks  

    If you're having trouble resetting your password, try using a supported web browser such as Firefox or Chrome and be sure to check your junk or spam folders in your email.
