Bot : Access Denied

I m writing road test, saving draft but then it hangs there and if I open new page or refresh , bot access denied.

At this time, I cannot even open feedback page or any other page..

Even source code window becomes completely empty blank, it gets restored itself once access is gained.

its very irritating.

i was editing,typing, even saved draft but then suddenly bot access denied, and all content lost.
I was told to type in ms- word or other to save, then format but I like typing online as doing multiple tasks, cant keep all tasks for future.

    I raised this with the developers today, and we looked through the server logs based on your details.

    Currently, the best course of action is to avoid using the 'preview' functionality on the road test review.

    The website protections are determining that you're performing a 'bad action' because your content has a lot of images within it, so when you're doing a preview, you're asking the site to resize all of those images at once and that's hitting a threshold on the anti-bot protection.

    We might argue that the teams that set this in place should have accounted for it and thoroughly tested it and I would agree. The reason why more people aren't encountering it at the moment is that they don't have so many images, and they do not use the preview functionality. Members used to suffer the wrath of the bot manager while the development team were training it over other actions, though.

    Hopefully this explains the problem and gives you a method to mitigate it while the development team put in a fix.
