Account flagged and removed?

Hello,

I just created an account (name "toebs") to view a link sent to me that was supposed to provide sources for an Ultra96 board https://www.element14.com/community/community/designcenter/zedboardcommunity/ultra96?showTab=2.

It ended up being a dead link for whatever reason, I tried searching Ultra96 resources for a minute but then left.

Shortly after, my account got flagged, I "appealed" (it was more a statement of confusion), and then my account got deleted.

I don't really need this account at the moment, but might do so in the future, so it would be nice to have the account back or at least get told a reason, so I can avoid things like this from happening.
