Forum User Password log in problems

Hi.

Can you please help me?

I am having big problems attempting to reset my password and consequently from logging in as a member & access to my control panel.

I originally gained membership as:

Member name: Rocketeer  and

First problem started when I misplaced my password.

10 attempts at this which all failed to initiate an email response.

Then the system invited me to create a new log in with my email address which worked, but later the password would not work.

Today I was fortunate to have had an email response which allowed me to successfully change the password.

Unfortunately the system doesn't recognize the password I created.

In the mean time, because I've my settings my inbox is being flooded with an avalanche of discussions.

Can some one assist me?

    Hi Rocky,

    I can see that your account is valid and it is not moderated or disapproved.

    It looks like you're using the correct e-mail address.

    Can you please use /user/emailforgottenpassword and enter your e-mail address to receive a prompt to reset your password, and then use that password to login?

    When you go to login, make sure you're selecting whether to use your e-mail address or your username / registered account name and then use your password.

    Let me know if you're still having problems and we should be able to arrange something.

    When you do login, make sure your personal details are correct as this will help with account retrieval.
