Why components4u.in , your online store for individual customers in india are not responding to my requests ?

Hi,

   I read on your site that components4u.in is your online outlet for individual customers in India. I have received a dead on arrival item and immediately informed them. It is a raspberry Pi camera version 3 NOIR. 

But they are not even responding to any of my communications through any channels. Whats up with that ?

Is it how the service from them is supposed to be and do you assume no responsibility at all for this kind of behaviour from them ?
