New Software license number request

I ordered CurcuitStudio just less than a month ago and since then the engineers laptop failed and had to get a new one....now the software does not work with the new computer.  Can you please send me a new license number or tell me how to get my money back since I can no longer get access to the program?  Let me know if you need any other information from me, below is our information from the failed laptop.
