highlighting quote problem

I have been facing highlighting/selecting quote and answering it.

Sometimes no quote is able to get selected and sometimes only one word but not one sentence.

I dont know if browser problem but browser is updated  and in all the updates  (with 5-7 updates), the same problem. This was not such problem in Aug 2023.

    Attached video, see for this page quote is working smoothly but for other tab page, it is not at all working.

    Am i selecting in wrong way but for this page its working with that way.

    At this time, the notification of my post is displayed but not yours even though 'turn on reply notification'  is on

    I wonder if this bug could be attached to some other notifications which I had turned off as there were so many notifications but as such this is on.

    It shows here, which happens to me also, but you have answered question. I have marked it as verified answer but this enabling and disabling at other places should not be, as like in that particular forum/blog,  I could not mark quote and my answer was not clear to the person who had asked.

    But this answering to myself happens for me only in all my posts except few.

    They cannot be enabled. It's at the whim of Verint.

    My "disabled"  word choice may cause the confusion.

    What I meant to say:

    - The function is available in case 1
    - Not available in case 2 - 4

    Its working now, I can select word quote and even full sentence and sentences.
