Contest rewards

After some changes in Element14 team members, who is now responsible for managing contest rewards? I tried contact sean, dan, and phil via private messages about reward or alternative from /challenges-projects/design-challenges/upcycle-iot-design-challenge?ICID=DCHmain-feature-widget  design challenge, but nobody replied. Is it definitevely dated and lost, or is there just some confusion? Do I miss something?

    Currently, the people to contact are myself,  and  - you've done the right thing to post here in feedback and support.

    You can also always reach out to me directly.

    For this design challenge, Phil's the one that's been running it so I will follow up with him directly and we'll reach out to you about what's going on and the status of things.

    For clarity, it should always be the person running the competition who is responsible for managing the contest rewards. We have had other members of the team orchestrate its logistics.

    There has been restructuring within the team over the past 6 months or so, for example, we now typically no longer ship items from our Newark office and attempt to do so directly from the regional stores and any other prizes will now come out of our UK office.

    With the restructuring of the team, there has been some amount of knowledge loss/communication failure, as the handover will have missed details. We will be looking at processes in future to prevent this.

    Lets see if we can sort this for you, We have been moving lots of tasks around. We have a new member of staff starting in a week and a half who will be looking after Design Challenge, but I will see what I can do before then!
