Extend time to edit comments (enhancement request)

Hi,

Today, there's a time limit for editing certain comments, and that time limit is 10 mins (I think).

As I understand, it's not possible to disable this feature. I was wondering, is there any possibility to configure the timeout?

For instance, if it was (say) set to 1440 minutes (24 hours), to allow users to edit the comments the next day if they sleep on it and then realize there was a mistake.

This isn't super-important, since users can always add a new comment with correction/addition, so it's a low-priority thing, just a minor nice-to-have enhancement if it is quick and easy to reconfigure the value and if there's no other knock-on effect.
