** Site blocked for a possibly very large number of users? **

Hi,

The site seems to be blocked for @jancumps and he has tested from a second IP address presence elsewhere too, and he gets the "oops something is wrong, you may have been blocked" message each time.

He's not been able to access the site even once, all day. It's not intermittent, it is permanently blocked each time he has tried.

Is this something you can help with /members/cstanton ? (Also, @ doesn't seem to be working for me.. at least, not while I'm typing here).
