Issues Remain: Site Upgrade from 15th of July is Complete

Friday the 15th of July will see the element14 Community website doing a development release, and Verint site upgrade.

5pm Central Time / 11pm UK time

The Community Site will be updating to Verint v11.1.11.20244, release notes for this are available here:

The element14 Community may be down for a period of time during this. You may see a 'blue screen' error message from Microsoft Azure, or other text-based errors about accessing the website.

Over the weekend of 16th to 17th of July, the site may be slow to access. We are rebuilding the search index, which affects scraping all content on the element14 Community, this may affect content being listed in widgets, using the search functionality and also tagging members in content.

The rebuild of the search may last longer than the weekend due to the Community having a lot of content.

There will be a 'test upgrade' to the development / staging environment before this is deployed to the public production environment, and this will be a go/no-go as to whether or not the production upgrade goes ahead.
