Achievement Changes : You Win Some, You Lose Some

With the migration from our old platform (Jive and Nitrostudio Bunchball) to Verint and the element14 Community we have had to rebuild the achievements and points system.

As we deploy new code changes to the site, we will have new automation and code in place that awards these achievements.

This means the requirements of those achievements will change.

In changing the requirements of these achievements you may experience:

- You suddenly gain an achievement you didn't have previously.

- You will lose an achievement that you had previously.

While we update these, I'll also do my best to ensure that the requirements for earning these achievements will be updated. For example I have some work to do, to ensure that /members-area/w/documents/10940/your-ranking-element14-community-badges-levels-points is up to date and clear about these.

If you feel wronged by any of these changes, or adversely affected to your points and levels, reach out to me via message and I'll see about compensating you appropriately Slight smile
