Resolved: Unable to set an answer as 'Suggested Answer' or 'Verified Answer'

We're aware of a problem affecting certain forums on the Community where it will not allow administrators to set the threads in that forum, to be of a 'Question and Answer' type. 

This means you cannot mark a reply as a 'suggested' or 'verified' answer.

We have escalated this with the platform vendor and do not have a timeline of resolution at present.
