Update on site issues - 8 Jan

This past Friday evening, Friday the 13th of all days, the Dev team deployed a patch release for the issues we've been experiencing on the site. I'm happy to report that it HAS fixed a number of the performance issues we have all been experiencing on the site. It has not resolved all of them and we've seen your additional posts and comments about some of the issues you are still encountering. We are hard at work to resolve those remaining issues with our vendor and partners.

In the meantime, I hope that you are better able to use the site with the majority of the major problems resolved. My team and I look forward to continuing to improve the site - including performance - and rolling out additional features to make your element14 experience the best it can be.
