Site Maintenance: Upgrade to version 12.1.4

The element14 Community uses Verint Community.

This was updated to version 12.1.4 on the 8th of August.

Coming with this upgrade is a lot of fixes and updates.

These include the inability to upload videos into the Community along with large files. This should now be fixed among other problems.
