If your account has been reported as spam / abusive, then it may be because your 'First Name' and/or 'Last Name' on your account has only a single character, or it is blank.
The website will automatically report your account to the moderation queue, subject to approval unless this is changed.
We are doing this because:
- It is significantly difficult to send out prizes and gifts to people who take part in the site if we do not have their real names.
- There's a difficulty in helping members recover their Community account if they cannot confirm their First Name and Last Name on their account where they no longer have access to their e-mail address.
- More often than not, people who do this do not want to take part in the Community
- We have seen a significant increase in actual abusive and spam members registering without a First Name and a Last Name
- There are restrictions on what we can enforce when a user is registering at present due to other issues with the platform, and this is the best way for us to enforce this requirement.
