On some pages, replies/comments there's a tick box in the bottom right of the text box.
Untick this box and you'll get a button back to 'enter' your comment on the site, instead of pressing 'enter' to comment straight away.
Typically with functionality like this you can still get away with pressing shift+enter to insert a new line.
