The option I chose - Don't drink coffee, all email is spam, just log on to Element14. Rather I wanted to choose an option which is like - Don't drink coffee, read email, log on to Element14 (since not all my email is spam rather useful).
I know many like reading their email or check what's happened/ happening on Element14 in the morning (Even I do that). But I have felt that days have been more productive and energetic when I complete a learning activity or a small project task in the morning rather than when I read emails. I am not sure where I read this, checking out emails/ notification will make you depressed (especially if it is more frequently within a single day). This page has some similar information to that article which I read - https://adaa.org/social-media-obsession - Looks like it is called, Social Anxiety Disorder!
Most people who have social media accounts do not get nervous or stressed out when they are not able to check their notifications every five minutes. However, for those who have social media anxiety disorder, just being away from their Facebook or Twitter account for a few minutes can cause severe anxiety
I think Element14 will be added soon to the list (take this in a good way - like Element14 Community is positively addictive)! True that I can't resist checking my Element14 Inbox.
