What's the best way to cool down?

I'm struggling here. It's 31.3degC in my room and I'm sticking to my chair. Ice cubes last milliseconds and it almost feels like nothing is helping!

I feel like I should be able to McGuyver a solution out of random hardware to get somewhere, though I'm not sure where to start...

What can I do? Or more importantly, what do you do?

Some people also suggest putting a pillow/cushion in the fridge/freezer, though I'm not sure how well this one will work: https://www.redbubble.com/i/throw-pillow/Forbidden-Li-on-Pillow-by-snwball/40944007…

That is a scary pillow. I have seen a Li-Po battery that was swollen like that - nobody wanted to go near it.

Put a bucket with cold water under the desk and stick your feet it and let the cold blooded goodness flow through your body. Pro tip: Don't tip it over and spill it into your electronics. - W.

That looks exactly like what I was thinking about. And at just over $120 USD, it's not too bad if it works. Of course, I'd be worried about my E Texas humidity and sweat shorting it out!

The reon pocket was briefly available before it sold out in Japan

Of course it's on ebay for an inflated price, controlled by a phone app which's neat!

No error - there just isn't an "insert video" button when I comment. I see "insert image" and other formatting options, but not for video. I'm sure I could probably add the video to a blog post and copy HTML across if I needed to.

Um... I think you owe it to at least the electronics to put it out of its WEEE-style misery.

I'll just leave this video here for dougw to think about...
