What's your next project?

What's everyone working on?  I've got a few things on the drawing board at the moment.

  1. Take the rocket launch controller from a prototyped stage to a more completed stage with a custom PCB that integrates all the distinct components.
  2. For the .NET crowd, migrate the code to the .NET Micro Framework.
  3. Experiment with controlling my Roomba with either the Arduino or a .NET MF compatible board (Netduino, Fez Panda/Domino, etc...)

Those are a couple things that I'm looking to do over the next month or two.  How about you?

    I have 2 ongoing projects:

    1) Replacing the broken wire system that control the drive and gearbox on my old wheel loader. There was two wires: Direction control Forward - Neutral - Reverse and Speed / Gear 1 - 2 - 3. It will be replaced by two servo's and a "tiptronic" -like up/down control. My first project and my first Arduino UNO.

    2) A friend need to collect heating data, so i use an arduino for this with a network shield and a swarm of multiplexed temp sensors. Parts of the project is tested on a breadboard, but not complete at all.

Then, on the horizon is a thing that i have saved for a rainy day. I have a dead vintage pinball machine title says Globetrotter, one of the first ones with a microprocessor (8080 or 8048 i think). Wouldn't it be nice to breath new life into it with a arduino or clone plus some creative coding? I have absolutley zero documentation on the pinball machine and its logic so it will be electronic archeology. The displays and everything light up, but nothing else clicks. This might be number three ...
