I have sucessfully made the n*n keypad using one pwm pin and vcc and gnd with a small drawback..... i want to improve it..... i want some ideas how to made this possible....... all views and comments are welcomed

This should be a question. How actually keypad is related to PWM? If you want to improve something, maybe you should first share what you did so far.

You need to tell how you interface with it then we can see the logic and one way or another we will try to help you for improving it ..
