I have a deal about Electrodes. I want to use a Arduino to make a puppet out of myself. So there is the cords that run down your arm, and they are like the telephone line from your brain to your fingers. I watched outrages acts of science and I was intrigued and I wondered if I could do it so I

need help to do the right things and get the right stuff.

    Hi Ben,

clem57 is right. Besides, the voltages available from the Arduino would have no effect on your muscles. Any voltage that will affect your muscles just might affect the most important muscle in your body ( Your Heart ). The human body really isn't designed for external muscle stimulation.  What you might do is hook the Arduino up to some small vibration devices that you attach to your skin. Then when you feel the Arduino vibrate the device on your arm you can manually move the arm to respond to the signal.
