Hi Simon,

Thanks for the review. I have not yet had time to download the new Arduino software and check it out, but it is on my todo list after I get my Laptop repaired.

I actually like the "Teal" color, it is easy on the eyes, but I agree that it looks quite bland with the other color choices.

Have you tired messing wit the Preferances file?
I actually don't like the colors. The only things I have been able to change is the size of the window when opening the IDE. any other changes I make in the preferance file don't seem to have any effect.

Also, I tried re-aranging the file so it is easier to read and find what I am looking for - but once you open the IDE the file is over writen, back to what it was before.

I suspect we are stuck with the color. It'll grow on me.

Hi Simon,

Try wearing colored glasses. They can change the color you see. That or adjust your monitor balance to shift the RGB output.

Plus there is always the option of using the source and changing the color manually.

Consider it a winter project.
