  • Here is my problem. I haven't been able to install the driver/drivers for my Arduino Uno R3. I am using XP  I went to one site that told me to go to START > RUN > DEVMGNT.msc. I am new to this so when the USB port is highlighted I get lost because the error message  after i VERify I get says I need COM3 port. I hpoe you know what I am writing
