Hello fellow Arduino/Raspberry Pi users,
I have an Arduino Mega 2560 R3, Arduino Uno R3 and a Raspberry Pi.

What to do with all that stuff?
Well, you could send it all to me if you like. 
I would say use them separately to start with, if you are new to both.
I recommend this tutorial to get started with Arduino: http://www.oomlout.com/a/products/ardx/
Arduino.cc has more examples that can take you further from there on.
And Google gives some neat results if you search for "raspberry pi python tutorial" - so you can start doing some programming on it.
And then when the Pi and Arduino enthusiasts have a stable Arduino development environment successfully ported to Pi, use the Pi to program the Arduinos 
And when you're an expert, build a quad-copter that combines everything and then take over the world.
