Can you offer me some idea for home security whit arduino

I will do a one home security procet whit arduino . I dont want do it whit only sensör . Need more than more . Can you offer something ? can be a little creative and have to be possibility . Thanks for reading

presure pads laser tripwires , motion sensors, keypads ,have it text you when the alarm is on the sky is the limit

RFID is great to use as keys and for activation.

I think this would be a great starting point for you: http://www.instructables.com/id/Arduino-Controlled-Motion-Sensor/

Then you can, for example, add a door-opening (or window opening) alarm. Search for that Instructables.com and you'll see several examples there.
In the simplest case you can probably just add a magnetic reed switch to one of the pins and poll to see if it's on or off.
