Internal temperature senor for chip temperature monitoring of Arduino Micro(ATmaga32U4)

Hello everyone, I am the beginner of Arduino, and I just registered on element14. I found Arduino is powerful and I am carrying on a project using arduino. Now, I want to montior the internal temperature of Arduino(ATmega32U4), but I don't know how to design the codes. I have found the introduction on Internal Temperature Sensor on arduino's website, and there gives a example for internal temperature monitor for ATmega328, how should I change the codes for ATmega32U4? Thanks a lot. I am looking forward to your reply.

 

The codes for ATmega328 internal temperature monitor are as follows:
