i want programming arduino with labview but i do not know anything about labview

is there tutorials of labview fo arduino only or i have to learning labview from the start

Don't forget to install and check you have setting the Labview Interface for Arduino (also called LIFA).

By the way you should check the easy way to build an interface using labview assistant as you are new to labview and when you feel more confident
begin to change or build your own.
