Hello,
First. I am new to this community and I am glad that there is a place where I can get help with my arduino projects. Thank you!
Second. I am fairly new to Arduino, so please bare with me
So I have an old canon 7D that has taken water damage and does not work any more. Parts are too expensive to get it fixed, however,
I was able to retrieve the LCD display that I know works. So, the question is: how do I hook this up to my arduino?
It has a FPC 45 Pin for 8 bit input. Here's the datasheet: http://www.sony.net/Products/SC-HP/cx_news/vol58/pdf/acx396aks.pdf
These pins are impossible to get to without some kind of converter but I'm not sure what converter I should pick?
And will the arduino, if I get a converter, be able to handle this LCD display?
If anyone have thoughts and ideas then I would gladly appreciate hearing them!
This is a picture of the connecter (right side, with the label).
Thank you very much.
